#t=XXmYYs (where XX is for minutes and YY is for seconds)

Generally, when you load a YouTube video, it would not automatically play unless you click on the play button. When you embed a video in your webpage, it would be best to have it automatically played to make it easier for your visitors or readers. To automatically play the embedded video, you can add the following on the URL part of the embedded code: “&autoplay=1”
If you want to repeat the video again without the intervention of the visitor or user, you have to append “&loop=1”.

Some of the YouTube videos have regional filtering by which the videos can only be viewed in certain or specific parts of the world. What happens here is that the IP Address of the viewer is used to identify the location which will determine the viewer’s right to access to the video.
