Congratulations on the great response rate!
here is the email:

achieved with your email campaigns! It’s a pleasure for us to have
committed customers like you and we’re proud that you’ve chosen

We’re so impressed with your open and click-through rates that

Every entrepreneur creates their own path to success but many of

give your brand some FREE publicity. Here’s how:
We’d like to publish your “success tips” on our GetResponse blog!
This would allow you to promote your company to thousands of
GetResponse users and other blog followers interested in email
marketing. It would also establish you as an expert in your field
and inspire confidence in your offerings. We believe that this
combination of free PR and online exposure would greatly benefit
you and your fellow marketers.
We hope you agree! To help you with those tips, please either fill in
the brief survey attached or use the “Reply to” option.
And don’t worry about the writing style – a good message speaks
for itself (plus we’ll smooth it out and let you review it).
The GetResponse Team looks forward to partnering with you and
hopes you take advantage of this great PR opportunity.
Thank you for your cooperation and keep on prospering!
Best,
GetResponse Team

Now before I share with everyone my tips I wanted to give you my two best tips for me to be getting a high response rate and thus this email:
1) Big List vs. Quality List – when I need to select between the 2, quality always works better for me. I encourage people to get on my list but only the one who really fit. I do not do any dirty tricks to get people subscribe – sure my list will be bigger BUT quality is very low and thus makes the marketing work, harder. Vote for Quality!!!
2) Set your subscribers expectations – by setting your subscribers expectations (telling them how many times you are going to be emailing them) creates an understanding that reduces irritating replies (or possible complaints) and increases their expectations to your emails at any given time.
This 2 foundation tips are the ones making me to have a huge CRT and later on a conversion of 15% to sale!
Good luck
